Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for quantities under 10. For order quantities larger than 10 please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. For bulk orders, kindly consult our customer representatives as the time frame will vary based on your order size.
Please note: If you have purchased a product with customization, please allow extra days for order processing and printing. Shipping-times provided are applicable once your artwork has been approved.

When shipping within the contiguous U.S. your order will arrive after shipping from our facility within the following delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed:
- FREE Ground Shipping – 1 to 5 business days
- UPS Ground – 1 to 5 business days
- UPS Second Day Air – 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day
Freight Shipping
Any order of signs that surpasses the size limits for standard UPS shipping is eligible for freight shipping. If your order includes sizable signs or an excessive quantity that renders it unsuitable for standard shipping, it automatically falls under the freight category. Various factors, such as the dimensions of the sign, or a substantial number of signs in the order, can trigger the application of freight shipping.
Due to factors like fuel costs, travel distance, and the additional space occupied in the shipment, the expenses associated with freight shipping exceed those of standard UPS services. If you're uncertain whether your sign qualifies for standard shipping or requires freight shipping, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification.
Please note: Freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
Weather / Natural Disaster Delay
In the event of us temporarily closing due to severe or hazardous weather conditions that could pose a risk to our staff, we will promptly inform our customers. We provide shipping options through UPS and USPS. Delays caused by mail carriers are circumstances beyond our control, and it is recommended to address them directly with the respective carriers.
